THERMOLINE H
Hot Applied Thermoplastic Traffic Paint
DESCRIPTION :
THERMOLINE H is a hot applied thermoplastic, fromulated with pigments, filler and extenders
of great brightness stability, bound together by an internally stabilized thermosetting hydrocarbon
resin plasticized extermally.
Approximate Proportion Of Components :
Binder : 18-20%
Pigment + extender: 20 %
Aggregate : 40 %
Micro glass beads ( ace. specs ): 10 - 20 %
SIEVE ANALYSIS FOR MICROGLASS :
Sieve : retained % 1180 micron :0-13% 850 micron :0-10% 450 micron : 90 -100%

METHOD OF APPLICATION :
The surface to be marked should be cleaned, dry and free from foreign agent that can affect
the adhesion over the substrate .
It is preferable to remove the existing paint.
The material should never be heated to more than 230 °C
Choose the suitable spraying machine according to the conditions in each site .
The thickness of the paint will be about 1.5 - 3.0 mm.
