Elastic Coating For Asphalt And Cement Based Surfaces

EXAMPLE FOR USE :

a - Coating procedure for cement based surfaces

Treatmemt of surface as given before .

Primer KEMAPOXY 101 (200 - 400 gm/m² ).

Sprinkle the freshly applied primer with quartz sand 0.2 - 0.7 mm (1.0 kg/m²)

Apply one coat of KEMPUR 320 EC at rate of 300 - 500 gm/m2 using smoothin tool .

Apply the residual" fresh on fresh " (total consumption 2 kg/m²).

For non skind surfaces, sprinkle the freshly applied KEMAPUR 320 EC with quartz sand

0.7-12.mm at rate of 3-4 kg/m² and apply seal coat KEMAPUR 320 EC at a rate of 0.5 -1.5

kg/m² .

b Coating procedure for asphalt surfaces

Trement of surface as given before.

Apply one coat of KEMAPUR 320 EC at rate of 300-500 gm/m²

Apply the residual" fresh on fresh " (total consumption 1-2 kg/m²).

For non skid surfaces, sprinkle the freshly applied KEMAPUR 320 EC with quartz sand

0.2-1.2 mm at rate of 1.0-2.0 kg/m² .

C- Elastic coating for spont groyunds

Treament of surface as given above .

For asphalt surface : prime with KEMAPUR 320 EC (900 gm/m²) sprinkle rubber granules

1.5-3.0 mm at rate of 0.5 kg/m² .

For concrete surfaces : prime with KEMAPOXY 101 (200-400 gm/m² ) sprinkle quartz sand

0.2-0.7 mm at rate of 1 kg/m² Continue as given above for asphalt surfaces .

Apply top coat at rate of 2kg/m .

Sprinkle the freshly applied coat, sprinkle again with rubber granules 1.5-3.0 mm at rate of

2-3 kg/m .

After setting of top coat,sprinkle again with rubber granules 0.5-1.5 mm at rate of 2-3 kg/m²

(specially for tennis courts).

SAFTY PRECAUTIONS :

    Application should be carried out in a well ventilated place .

    Gloves, protective clothing and eye goggles should be worn durin during application .

    If the material, is splashed into the eyes, these should be immediately washed with water, and then report to an eye specialist.

    Do not eat or somke during use .
